"The shipping cost nearly made me fall out of my chair"
I was shocked when I saw the shipping price. Like, I get that shipping isn’t free, but this felt way too high for what I was ordering. It almost made me want to abandon the whole cart right then and there
"Delivery was fine, just later than I expected"
The order did show up, but the tracking updates were delayed. I kind of assumed once the updates stopped coming on time, the package was probably running behind, and that ended up being the case. It arrived about 3 days later than expected, but thankfully everything was in good shape. Not a terrible experience, just wish the shipping was a bit more dependable

Took way too long to arrive, and the updates were useless. Checkout was also more annoying than it needed to be. Probably won’t order here again.

I went on gliks.com hoping to discover a few different looks, but it felt like I had entered a never-ending tunnel of the same vibe over and over. A lot of the clothes just blended together for me, and if you’re not into the usual trendy stuff, the options feel limited. I wanted variety, but I gave up way faster than I expected.

"Returning my order was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
The return process was such a hassle. I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get my refund, and every time I reached out they made me verify my details all over again. It got really annoying having to repeat the same info just to get a basic update

"Sizing was really off for me"
I ordered my usual size from gliks.com, the fit was not even close. The shirt was super tight in the arms, but then weirdly loose through the body, which was just frustrating. I checked the size chart too, but it really didn’t help much. I was annoyed, because I just wanted something simple, easy to wear, and this ended up being a hassle.

I shop on gliks.com once in awhile and the rewards are nice when they finally add up. Its not terrible or anything, but it does feel like it takes forever to get something actually worth using. I also wish it was more clear how many points I got and if they expire soon. Good idea overall, just feels kinda average right now.

"Promo code ended up being useless"
I ordered because the site was pushing this promo, but the discount kept acting weird. At first it looked like it was gonna take off a decent amount, then by the time I got to checkout it barely did anything. Plus some stuff didn’t count for the code, which wasn’t really obvious till the end.
I reached out to customer service and they basically just told me to read the details. Like okay, sure, but it still felt kind of misleading and annoying. Probably not gonna bother shopping there again if I’m looking for a deal.

"Feels overpriced for what you actually get"
I really wanted to like this more, but the prices just felt a bit much for what showed up. I’ve seen very similar styles for less elsewhere, and the quality didn’t really convince me that the higher price was justified. Even with shipping and discounts factored in, it still felt like they’re charging more than it’s worth. Overall, not the best value, and I probably wouldn’t shop here again

The hoodie looked good when I got it, no complaints there, but the fabric felt thinner than I was expecting. It’s not terrible or anything, just not quite as nice as I’d hoped.

"Felt like the website just didn’t care"
I tried using the website and it was frustrating. I couldn’t find what I needed, and some of the pages kept loading strangely or not showing up right. It kind of felt like I was being left to figure it out on my own with no help, which made the whole thing even more annoying.

"Thought I Scored, but Nope"
I ordered a couple of things from gliks.com because the site showed they were in stock, so I figured I was good to go. A few days later, I got an email saying one item was canceled and the other was delayed. Kind of frustrating, because I could’ve just ordered from somewhere else if I’d known. I don’t think a site should let you buy stuff they don’t actually have available. Probably won’t mess with it again.

"Am I missing something with Glik’s customer service?"
I contacted Glik’s customer service about an issue with my order, and am I missing something here? It took forever to get a response, and when they finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t even read what I sent. I had to keep explaining the same problem over and over, which got really frustrating fast. I was expecting at least a little help, but the whole experience just left a bad taste. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again...

"Photos didn’t match what showed up"
I ordered a top that looked really nice in the pictures, but what I got was different. The color wasn’t close to what was shown, and the fabric looked much thicker online than it actually felt in person.
Maybe I just got unlucky, but it felt a little misleading. I don’t expect things to be perfect, but it seems only fair to show photos that are closer to the real item so people can make a decent choice before spending their money.

"Didn’t really match the description"
I ordered from gliks.com because the product page made the item seem like it would have a certain fit and material, but when it arrived, it just wasn’t what I expected. The color looked noticeably different from the photos too, unless I’m being too picky?
Maybe I should’ve looked into it more before ordering, but the description felt a little misleading to me. For the price, I thought it would match the listing better. Disappointed, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Packaging could definitely be better"
When my order showed up, the box was crushed, and the bag around my shirt was ripped too. The shirt itself seemed okay, but it made the whole delivery feel a bit careless, like it wasn’t packed securely enough.
